Safe

To use the safe:

  1. With the safe open, press the red button;

  2. Enter a 4-digit code followed by #;

  3. Wait 5 seconds;

  4. After 5 seconds, close the safe;

  5. Enter your chosen code again followed by # to open or close the safe.

  • NB Before checking out, leave the safe open.

Ceiling Fan

  • To operate the fan, it is important to turn on the bedroom light switch to power the fan.

  • Press the fan symbol to turn the fan on or off.

  • The up arrow increases the speed, the down arrow decreases it.

  • You can set a timer for 1h, 2h or 4h.

  • Press the light bulb symbol to turn the light on or off.

  • The button to the right of the light bulb increases the brightness, while the one to the left decreases it. When you decide not to use the fan, turn on the light using the remote control (light bulb symbol) if it was off, then turn it off again using the bedroom switch.

  • WARNING: It is very important not to damage or lose the remote control. Turn off the fan when not in use or when you are away from home. Before leaving, put the remote control back in its place.

Shower

CAUTION: Be careful when the shower tray is wet; it may be slippery. If there are more than two guests, please wait 10 minutes between showers to allow the water heater to heat the water properly.

WC

Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet. There's a separate bin for everything else.

Outdoor Cushions

Before going to sleep, bring OUTDOOR PILLOWS inside to prevent humidity and pets from damaging them during the night.

EXTRA Cleaning

If you wish to add one or more EXTRA CLEANINGS during your stay, you can do so upon request and with minimal notice, at the cost of:

  • €40 for cleaning

  • €25 for each change of sheets and towels

    Payment must be made on site.

Waste

The garbage bins are located outside the complex on Via Chafari, immediately on the left sidewalk in front. The recycling bins are located on the right as you exit.

Home Appliances

The instructions for the appliances in the apartment are located in the living room cabinet under the TV.

Animals

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO FEED CATS and/or bring animals into the house.

Ventilation

Please ventilate rooms frequently to avoid condensation, especially in the bedroom.

CHECK-OUT Instructions

CHECK-OUT Time

  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

  • Please ensure you have left the apartment by this time.

Returning the Keys 

  • Close all windows.

  • Please lock the front door of the apartment.

  • Place the keys back in the lockbox.

  • Make sure the lockbox is properly closed and the dials are scrambled.

 

Used Towels

  • Please gather all used towels and place them in the laundry basket provided in the bathroom.

 

Trash and Recycling

  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor municipal bins. The recycling bins are located by turning right as you exit the complex onto Calle la Laguna.

  • Do not leave any trash inside the apartment.

 

Appliances and Lights

  • Please ensure all lights, the TV, and appliances (except the refrigerator) are switched off.

 

Dishes

  • Please place any dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. We will take care of washing them.
