Pool Rules
Pool Access
Access to the pool is EXCLUSIVELY with the keys provided at check-in.
It is FORBIDDEN to climb over the gate or wall!
No food, drinks, glassware, or glass bottles are allowed.
Access Hours

November 1st – March 1st: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Monday to Sunday)

March 2 – June 30: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

July 1st – August 31st: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

September 1st – October 31st: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm

Outside of opening hours, the swimming pool will not be accessible.
Other Rules

It is not permitted to reserve seats by leaving towels or personal items.

It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.

Appropriate swimwear and footwear must be worn.

Access to the solarium with street shoes is prohibited.

Eating is not permitted in the solarium.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Water games that could injure or disturb other users are prohibited.
-
The use of life jackets, inflatable mattresses or similar items is prohibited.
-
Violent or dangerous games are prohibited on the poolside, in the surrounding area, or in the water.

All users must respect the rules and signs at all times.
House and Complex Rules
Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours:

Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM
Prohibited
It is strictly forbidden to:

Smoke inside the apartment, hallways, stairwells, pool area, and building entrances, in compliance with anti-smoking laws.

Host barbecues in any common area of the building.

Play ball games in the common areas.

Store cardboard, boxes, furniture, computer equipment, machinery, trash bags, goods, etc., in any common area.
Outdoor areas are for the use and enjoyment of all residents, following basic rules of civility and co-existence.
Children under 6 years of age must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.
