CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
GUIDELINES FOR A EASY DEPARTURE
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Please ensure you have vacated the property by this time.
RETURN OF KEYS
Please lock the apartment door securely when you leave.
Return all sets of keys to the safety deposit box located next to the main door. Make sure the safety deposit box is properly locked and reset.
USED TOWELS

Please collect all used towels and place them in the laundry basket provided in the bathroom.
WASTE AND SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
All waste must be bagged and placed in the external condominium bins on Via Chafari, immediately to the left. The recycling bins are located upon exiting the complex on the right.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment.
APPLIANCES AND LIGHTS
Make sure all lights, television, and appliances (except the refrigerator) are turned off.
Close and lock all windows and balcony doors.
DISHES
Please put any dirty dishes in the kitchen sink.
We'll take care of washing them.
